Pilates is a great way to achieve harmony in both your body and your mind. By focusing on controlled, low-impact movements you can build a stronger, longer and more flexible core and enjoy mindful practice where your body and mind work as one.  

I offer mixed level, Mat Pilates classes in Hove and Hassocks. Pilates balls, resistance bands and resistance rings all help to increase your range of movement, enhance your workout and help with alignment. 

I like to vary my classes and offer new moves, so each class is a challenge and you never feel bored!
